Doug Kerr is a Non-Executive Director at IN2 Engineering with over 40 years’ experience in building services engineering, consultancy leadership and business growth.
Doug has held senior leadership and board roles across a number of engineering consultancies, including serving as Managing Director of Elementa Consulting, where he led the business through significant growth, expansion into new sectors and the successful sale of the company to Integral Group Holdings (part of the Dar Group). Following the acquisition, he continued to lead the UK region of the business and later served as Global Chief Risk Officer for Integral Group with responsibility for operations across the US, Canada, UK, Serbia and Australia.
Doug has extensive experience in developing strategic growth plans, building new service lines and expanding businesses both organically and through acquisition. His leadership experience spans sectors including healthcare, commercial offices, venues/hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments and public sector infrastructure.
Doug joined IN2 in 2024 as a Non-Executive Director, supporting the Board in positioning the business for continued international growth. He works closely with senior leadership to mentor emerging leaders, support strategic planning and help strengthen IN2’s presence across key UK and European markets.
Outside of work Doug enjoys sailing, rugby, cooking and golf, and is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors.
