Graeme Parker is a Board Director at IN2 Engineering with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He specialises in the design and delivery of complex mechanical building services systems across large-scale commercial, venues/hospitality and infrastructure developments.
Graeme joined IN2 in 2004 through the firm’s IN2 Academy programme and has progressed through a number of senior engineering roles within the practice before being appointed Director in 2017. His career progression reflects IN2’s long-standing commitment to developing engineering talent from graduate level through to senior leadership.
Throughout his career at IN2, Graeme has played a key role in delivering major developments including 91–94 North Wall Quay, the Beckett Locke Hotel, Printing House Square at Trinity College Dublin and the Terminal 1 Extension at Dublin Airport.
He began his career working with mechanical contractor T. Bourke & Co., gaining valuable practical experience in mechanical services coordination on major construction sites including the Microsoft campus in Dublin. He later joined Brendan Dervan Consulting Engineers before moving to IN2 as a Project Mechanical Engineer.
Graeme is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland and holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management, applying this expertise to deliver sustainable mechanical solutions across his projects.
