Robert Tully is the Chief Financial Officer of IN2 Engineering, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, governance and operational performance as the business continues its expansion across Ireland and international markets.
Robert is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years in finance leadership, operational transformation and commercial strategy. He has built his career working in both domestic and international roles, gaining extensive experience across Europe and North America. Throughout his career he has worked closely with CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior leadership teams to improve organisational performance and support strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining IN2, Robert held senior leadership roles across global healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing organisations. His experience includes leading financial and operational excellence programmes, delivering large-scale ERP transformations and supporting acquisition integrations across multiple international markets. Through these initiatives he has delivered improvements in margin performance and financial visibility while strengthening governance and financial control frameworks.
Robert is a graduate of Dublin City University and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys running, reading and keeping up to date with current affairs.
