About the project
Commissioned by Industrial Development Agency Ireland, this development is a new-build 1,459m2 Research and Innovation centre located at Knockaconny Industrial Estate as part of IDA Ireland’s wider Regional Property Programme (RPP).
Facilities include a two-story office accommodation with a high profile double height atrium at reception, and a 980m2 Technology / Manufacturing space. In addition the development offers associated e-car parking, service area, landscaping, substation unit and site development work.
A highly efficient energy and sustainability accreditation strategy has been employed through the design phase with the building aiming to achieve a LEED Building Design and Construction V4 rating.
