About the project
IN2 were commissioned by Staycity to conduct technical due diligence of an existing building they wanted to operate. IN2 were able to provide valuable technical information to the client to inform their decision making.
IN2 were able to propose various measures to reduce the risk of overheating in terms of passive and active design solutions.
In collaboration with SteadWay, an expert cost consultant, the team developed a detailed cost structure allowing the client to better assess the overall financial and operational impact of the proposed building upgrades.
