About Lucy-Marnée Henning - Bid & Tenders Manager

Lucy-Marnée Henning is Bid Manager at IN2, leading the bid function across the company’s UK and Irish offices

With over six years’ experience in bids and marketing, Lucy-Marnée is responsible for the strategic coordination, management and delivery of high-quality tender submissions for both public and private sector clients. She plays a central role in supporting IN2’s continued growth by ensuring all submissions are clear, compelling and aligned with both client objectives and IN2’s technical strengths.

Lucy-Marnée joined IN2 as a graduate in 2019, beginning her career as a Marketing & Bids Assistant before progressing through the business to Bid Manager in 2023. Her progression reflects both her strong understanding of the bid lifecycle and her ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary submissions across a wide range of sectors. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc (Hons) in Marketing from Queen’s University Belfast and is a Certified Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).

Throughout her career at IN2, Lucy-Marnée has been closely involved in securing several high-profile and technically complex projects. These include the Beaumont Hospital Theatre 13 project, a highly complex project which incorporated modern methods of construction, for which IN2 led. She has also supported successful bids for Shanganagh Castle Estate Phase 1 for the Land Development Agency, Ireland’s largest social and affordable housing development and one of Europe’s largest affordable residential schemes, and the €190 million Prime Arena multipurpose ice hockey arena in Dublin, where IN2 is currently providing M&E and sustainability services.

In her role, Lucy-Marnée works closely with engineers, directors and external partners to coordinate integrated tender responses, translating technical solutions into clear, persuasive submissions. She brings a highly organised and collaborative approach, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all proposals. In addition to bid delivery, Lucy-Marnée contributes to team development through training and mentoring, helping to embed best practices and continually improve IN2’s bid processes and success rate.
