Sinead is Commercial Manager at IN2 Engineering and has been with the company since 2010. Over the past 16 years she has progressed through a number of roles within the organisation, developing alongside the business as it expanded from a small Dublin-based consultancy to an international engineering practice.
Sinead began her career at IN2 as Office Manager and Accounts shortly after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Business Degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology. As the company grew, her role developed into a broader commercial and operational leadership position.
Today she works closely with the leadership team and reports directly to the CEO, overseeing key commercial functions including marketing, bid coordination, business development support and operational governance. Her responsibilities also include payroll management, insurance oversight, ISO audit coordination and engagement with Enterprise Ireland.
Sinead has played an important role in supporting IN2’s continued growth, including leading the appointment of a strategic talent partnership and contributing to the development of the company’s Employee Value Proposition and recruitment processes.
She has also contributed to several initiatives that support IN2’s strong people-focused culture, including being part of the team that helped the company achieve Great Place to Work certification , contributing to the launch of the Employee Recognition Day initiative, and supporting the organisation in being recognised as a Best Mid-Sized Workplace in Ireland in 2026.
Having joined IN2 as a graduate herself, she is particularly passionate about supporting early career professionals and mentoring graduates as they develop within the organisation.
Outside of work, Sinead enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children’s local GAA activities in her home community of Rush, County Dublin.
