Tim Jago is an Associate Director at IN2 Engineering with over 20 years’ experience in electrical building services engineering. Having joined the company in 2003 during its early years, he has played an important role in the development and growth of the practice as it expanded from a small Dublin-based consultancy into an international engineering firm.
Tim leads the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a wide range of sectors including commercial offices, residential developments, venues/hospitality, healthcare, aviation infrastructure and education facilities. His work spans the full project lifecycle, from early concept design and technical coordination through to construction delivery and client handover.
Throughout his career he has contributed to a number of significant projects including Trinity Business School at Trinity College Dublin, the Hoxton Hotel in Dublin, residential developments such as Hamilton Gardens Cabra and Glenheron in Greystones, and aviation infrastructure works at both Dublin and Cork Airports. He has also supported major commercial developments including the WeWork offices at Harcourt Street and Charlemont in Dublin.
Tim holds an Honours Degree in Building Services Engineering from DIT Bolton Street and achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland in 2014.
Outside of work, Tim has a strong interest in sport and previously played senior rugby with Old Wesley RFC, Trinity College Dublin, Old Belvedere RFC and Manly RFC in Australia. He remains actively involved in coaching youth sport within his local community.
