Athlone
The IN2 office in Athlone was founded in 2015 on Connaught Street with a team of just two people. As the team grew, the office moved to the Inish Carraig Business Centre in 2021. Today, the Athlone engineering team brings extensive experience in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, housing, aviation, and heritage.
IN2 has transformed unrentable office spaces into modern, energy-efficient, state-of-the-art office spaces and exposed the concrete ceiling to improve comfort and thermal performance.

Just a short walk from the River Shannon and Athlone city center, the office benefits from easy access to local cafes and restaurants. Athlone itself is a vibrant historic town with attractions such as Athlone Castle, Lough Ree, and Sean's Bar, Ireland's oldest pub. The office also has direct access to the Old Rail Trail Greenway, which connects to the Grand Canal Greenway towards Dublin. As part of IN2's ESG commitment, teams have participated in cycling tours on these routes to support well-being and promote sustainable travel initiatives like cycling to work.
