About the project
This project includes an extension to the existing multi-storey student accommodation in the Belfast city centre - a short walking distance from the Ulster University Belfast campus. With gross internal floor area of approximately 2,237m2 over twelve floors, IN2 have been appointed to undertake full Mechanical and Electrical design engineering from Developed Design to Handover.
The completed project now includes an additional 94no. rooms/suites, together with common rooms, student study space, a dedicated gym, retail areas, and associated ancillary space for future students.
