Overseeing M&E design at one of Berlin's largest logistics sites
About the project
IN2 has been commissioned by logistics developer Nvelop, to support with their new-build logistics development in Erfurt. Building on it's relationship from Nvelop's Velten project, IN2 will continue its role in technical advisory and peer review of the MEP works for the planning and construction phase of the project.
The development will deliver approximately 25,000 square metres of modern warehouse space designed to support contemporary logistics and distribution operations. The scheme will include high-quality industrial space along with supporting infrastructure and building services tailored to meet occupier requirements.
A key objective of the project is to achieve DGNB Gold certification, awarded by the German Sustainable Building Council.
