About the project
IN2 was commissioned by logistics developer Nvelop to provide specialist support for a new-build logistics development in Erfurt. The appointment focuses on providing technical advisory services and peer review of the technical building equipment design and installation throughout the construction phase.
As part of its role, IN2 will review the MEP design proposals, technical specifications, and contractor submissions to ensure that the systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with the overall performance objectives of the development. This includes assessing building services coordination and installation quality to ensure compliance with relevant German regulations, industry standards, and best-practice engineering principles.
IN2 will also support the project team by identifying potential technical risks early in the construction process, providing recommendations to optimise system performance, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure smooth commissioning and handover.
