About the project
IN2 was commissioned by logistics developer Nvelop, to support with their new-build logistics development in Velten near Berlin. IN2’s role was as technical advisors hired to conduct a peer review of the MEP works for the construction phase of the project.
The project will have 27.,000 sqm of total warehouse, mezzanine and office space across 3 units and has set the target of DGNB Gold certification.
