Tax Office Building Cologne

IN2 was appointed alongside the planning team to renovate the former tax office building in Cologne as part of a joint tender. 

In collaboration with the general planner Stöckert Architekten, IN2 is contributing to the refurbishment and adaptation of the existing office building, supporting its transformation into a functional facility.

IN2’s involvement currently spans from the phases LPH 1 until LPH 7. The project involves upgrading and adapting the building services and infrastructure to suit its new purpose, with the completed development intended to operate as a refugee reception centre in Cologne.
