About the project
IN2 were appointed by Staycity to conduct a report on the condition of the Mechanical installations of their hotel building in Tiergarten.
The audit of existing services was thoroughly carried out along with short, medium, and long term recommendations for each service accompanied by overall recommendations for the client. Heating and Cooling, Ventilation and Water services were reviewed with specific and bespoke advice provided for improvement in each area.
To ensure the building operates effectively as possible, IN2 will assess the building’s energy performance by carrying out a full energy audit as well as a full scope TDD with in depth inspection of building services. IN2 also recommended creating a calibrated energy model of building and identified the most impactful energy efficiency measures along with a full M&E design and architectural retrofit for the building.
