About the project
IN2 was appointed by WeWork to undertake the fit-out of levels 4 & 5 of the Spittlemarkt Building, located in Berlin. These levels were sub-divided from existing landlord systems, and metering strategies were put in place for all services where practical.
The typical WeWork brand standards were not applied in this project as services in the ceiling of the existing were to be retained, with modifications provided when required / possible, however, the under arching strategy for IN2 on the Spittlemarkt fit-out was to retain existing services as much as possible
IN2 carried out MEP upgrades to the space including Heating & Cooling Design, Ventilation, Cold Water Services, Hot Water Services, Fire Protection and Alarm System, Soils & Waste Installations, Electrical Supply, Comms Network, CCTV, and a Building Management System for the continued user-friendly monitoring of the building.
Completed in 2020 the WeWork Spittlemarkt is a striking contemporary workspace with 11 fully equipped conference rooms, break-out areas, showers, and a kitchen on each floor.
