Great Place To Work 2025-26

Great Place To Work Accredited

A culture like no other

In October 2024, we earned the prestigious Great Place To Work® accreditation - achieved in our very first year of participating in the programme. This recognition demonstrates the inclusive and supportive culture we have cultivated across all of our offices. We’re also incredibly proud of the results from the Great Place To Work® survey, which revealed that IN2 exceeded industry benchmarks in key areas like career development, diversity, and inclusion.

94% shared that they are “proud to tell others I work here.”

86% of our team agreed, “I can fulfil my career aspirations working here.”

At IN2, we are firmly committed to a workplace environment where our team members can thrive, grow, and achieve their fullest potential. In order to do this, we recognise that looking after our own physical and mental health is vital and we have trained Mental Health First Aiders within our team. Within our individual offices and as a group, we prioritise time to get together outside the workplace. Our annual Christmas Party weekend is the stuff of legend and has seen us visit several European cities for a weekend of fun and relaxation!

In 2025, we proudly retained our accreditation reaffirming our commitment to creating an ambitious, innovative, and inclusive culture for our people across offices in Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

The certification, which is based on confidential employee feedback and a thorough culture audit, recognises organisations that go above and beyond to foster a collaborative, engaging workplace. For IN2, retaining the prestigious accreditation highlights the company’s continued investment in its people and culture as it grows internationally.

We’re incredibly proud to have retained our Great Place to Work accreditation”, said Barry Flynn, CEO at IN2 Engineering. “We’re nearing 2000 building projects to date since IN2’s inception in 2002 and our people are still at the forefront of everything we do as a consultancy. We’re building a culture where people can thrive in their career and retaining this accreditation reflects our entire team’s ongoing efforts. Our people are our greatest strength at IN2. when people feel trusted and inspired, they deliver their best work both for our clients and our end-user communities that inhabit the buildings we design.”

In February 2026, IN2 Engineering was awarded one of Ireland's Best Workplaces.

IN2 Engineering was also awarded Engineering Firm of the Year 2025 in October of 2025 at the Engineering Excellence Awards in Dublin and has recently introduced several workplace initiatives, focused on employee wellbeing, engagement, professional development, and collaboration. These include flexible working options, mentorships and training combined with renewed efforts on environmental and social responsibility.
