Ensuring future expansion at County Meath's central business hub
About the project
McGarrell Reilly Group is continuing the development of City North Business Campus in Stamullen, Co. Meath. The campus is located beside Junction 7 of the M1, giving quick access to Dublin, the Port Tunnel, and Belfast. It is an active and growing industrial park with several existing occupiers and new units under construction.
The next phase of development includes the several planning applications, outlined below:
- Units 10, 12 and 14 – Amendments to an existing approved permission.
- Unit 6 – A new warehouse application (approx. 5,745 sqm).
- Units 14, 15 and 16 – A new application for three warehouse units (combined approx. 18,538 sqm).
McGarrell Reilly is also worked on a revised masterplan to support future industrial development as the campus continues to expand.
IN2 worked on M&E and LEED services of these projects, including external lighting design, Part L compliance, sustainability reporting, and EIAR inputs where required. The work will support the planning applications and continue through to construction completion.
