About the project
IN2 was appointed as MEP design consultants for the WeWork Neue Bahnhofstraße project. The new office space was to be fitted-out in accordance with the latest DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
IN2 were to undertake full MEP upgrades to the space including Heating & Cooling Design, Ventilation, Cold Water Services, Hot Water Services, Fire Protection and Alarm System, Soils & Waste Installations, Electrical Supply, Comms Network, CCTV, and a Building Management System for the continued user-friendly monitoring of the building.
