This development comprises six high‑capacity 10MW data centre halls, delivered across a four‑phase construction programme. Phase One will introduce the first three halls, with each subsequent phase adding one additional hall to support a structured and scalable growth strategy.
From the outset, it was identified that the site would face short to medium term constraints in terms of available electrical generation. However, the presence of a GNI transmission line running adjacent to the site enabled a forward‑thinking approach centred on local power generation. As a result, the proposed design anticipates that 90–95% of the annual electrical load will be generated onsite, ensuring resilience, independence, and long‑term energy security
