IN2’s design makes efficient use of the warehouse’s generous internal height through an innovative two-storey configuration. Each level accommodates a dedicated 4MW data hall, creating a scalable and resilient facility with a total IT capacity of 8MW.

The adaptive reuse strategy minimises the requirement for new construction while retaining and enhancing the value of the existing asset. By combining lower development risk with efficient space planning and reduced environmental impact, Cedar Green demonstrates how existing buildings can be intelligently repurposed to meet growing digital capacity demands.
