IN2 was appointed as Project Manager for the design and delivery of new-build hyperscale data centres for a major global client, overseeing both the design process and contract management. Constructed on a greenfield site, the project required innovative solutions to overcome the challenges of limited local contractors and supply chain constraints while meeting an aggressive delivery programme.

By leveraging a global supply chain, adopting off-site fabrication techniques, and facilitating collaborative workshops between architects, MEP designers, and contractors, IN2 streamlined construction and minimised onsite installation time. The incorporation of free cooling from local ambient conditions further enhanced operational efficiency. The project was successfully delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, establishing a repeatable model for future hyperscale data centre developments.
